Chez des Amís is on Washington Street at number 910. From the street you can see the stop light at Texas Street within a ˝ block to the north. 1˝ blocks to the south is where Washington takes a small jog and turns into Front Street.. Along the street are houses that date back to the 19th century. And, if you're a fan of the movie Steel Magnolias, you will see the house that was in the opening shot of the movie. Across the street you have a small glimpse of the Cane River Lake. |
