The kitchen is a chef's dream. It is located directly off the dining room and makes cooking for the guests an enjoyable experience. While our friends/guests get their eyes open with coffee, tea, or juice, the chef (Jim) gets to cook, while the serving staff (Scott) gets to entertain. It's a real joy to interact with our visitors during meal preparation. And, if you are persuasive enough, Jim might show you some of his secrets of southern cooking.
