Our 1923, Arts & Crafts bungalow, located in the Historic District, is just 550 feet (166 meters) from Front Street restaurants, shopping, and all downtown and riverfront events. With plenty of off-street parking, it is an ideal location for those not wanting to bother with traffic and parking.
We offer two comfortable guest rooms in the main house, each with private bath, and separate from the house, a more intimate cottage furnished with cable TV, VCR/DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, small dining table, sofa, and overstuffed chair. All rooms have queen, Select Comfort® beds. All guests have access to our parlor, sitting room with digital cable, a video library of movies, a baby grand piano, and the original house library. High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the property.
The resident owners/innkeepers, Scott Lumry and Jim Metcalf, are available throughout your stay. We serve freshly prepared, wholesome and innovative breakfasts, and are always pleased to accommodate guests who have special dietary needs. Some of our breakfast selections have even enjoyed publication.
Although antiques are given their due, we utilize them in a way that one does not feel restricted in their use. We invite you to join us in a comfortable, relaxed environment, and experience southern hospitality and charm on a personal level. * * * * * * * * * * * * * One of the first questions we always receive is "How much?"
